Business Development Manger

Frank Ancona Honda is looking for a Business Development Manager. Looking for a hardworking, self-motivated person who can keep BDC running efficiently. Must have time management skills, problem solving skills, and work well in a team based environment. Must show leadership to move the company in a positive direction.

Position responsibilities include the following:

1.       Managing daily activities of the Business Development Representatives (BDR).

2.       Checking to make sure internet, phone and campaign leads have all been followed up with.

3.       Making sure BDR call volume is between 10 to 12 calls an hour to reach goal of 80 outbound calls a day.

4.       Updating BDC tracker daily for appointments set, showed and sold.

5.       Check sold log to make sure CRM matches Log for sold dates and sold status.

6.       Working with upper management on Monthly Campaigns to go out and proper follow up.

7.       Communicate with upper management on progress of BDC.

8.       Strong phone and computer skills

9.       Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

10.   Knowledge of Vin Solutions CRM is a plus but not necessary training will be done in house.
